Covey Run Columbia Valley Gewurztraminer 2008 Wine Review (NW)

Tasting notes:

Citrus and floral notes on the nose

Medium bodied on the palate

Slightly spicy finish of lychee with floral accents

Summary:

Here’s a good, inexpensive Washington state Gewurztraminer. You’ll probably see it priced under $10- in fact, I paid only $6. Go a bit off the beaten path with this unique varietal and you’ll be rewarded. Raise a glass!
